Part of living a healthy lifestyle is controlling the amount of sugar that goes into your body. For many people, this means cutting back or eliminating processed foods, sweets and sugary drinks from their diet. By opting for healthy meals and snacks with low sugar or sugar free content, you can eliminate many of the health problems associated with an overload of sugar in the body.
